Returns
If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been despatched we will refund less the cost of the shipping once the goods have been returned to us in their original state.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods.
We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a cerfified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. If there is no fault with the product we do not refund delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must return the goods to us within 28 days from date of purchase

You must contact us by phone to arrange a return authorisation code

You must send the goods to us in good working order complete with all packaging, manuals and power leads.

You must return the item at your own expense, we suggest using Royal Mail special delivery.

Once your return has been received you will be issued with a refund of the RRP price less a 15% administration & re-stocking fee & postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of item.

This money back guarantee is only applicable to the Sagara Hair Laser. If purchased with a free Nutri Trio pack this must also be returned to us.

Payment
Payment must be received either via online transaction (Worldpay) or by Cheque or Postal Order to our address. Goods are only dispatched after payment has cleared.

Goods are NOT sold on a trial basis.

Sagara laser is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase subject to completing the registration card and a copy of the receipt.
Shortages And Damages
All shortages and damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt with no exceptions.
Delivery
Q. When will my order be sent? A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delivery delays.
Q. How will my order be sent? A. We now use a courier service for UK MAINLAND ONLY.This service is nextday except for Western & Remote parts of Scotland, where delivery can be upto 2 days.
For other parts of the UK such as Northern Island,Isle of Wight, Jersey etc your order will be sent via Royal Mail.

Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock? A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
